Jinya Ramen North Bethesda

I like spicy Ramen more .. as I find that the noodle more able to absorb the juice for the soup which make the taste

This place has a really cool industrial interior, and the service was amazing.The food was good but I wouldn't say great. The portion sizes were ample, but everything that came out was just warm. Nothing that came out was hot, which was odd. Ordered takoyaki (flavorful but a bit doughy), the spicy tuna mini taco (big portion of spicy tuna, but the shell I felt didn't compliment the tuna much), and the tonkatsu black ramen (flavorful broth, the egg was a bit undercooked, still raw/translucent on the inside, not set. This ramen isn't really spicy either).Located in pike rose, there are various parking lots/garages nearby to park in. Most of which offer 2hr free parking.

I have been to this restaurant 4 times so far and tried different Ramen dishes, including chicken, pork, and shrimp – all of which were good! Additionally, it's a dog-friendly restaurant, which is much appreciated!

Got the Tonkotsu Black, rich in flavor, noodle has nice texture, and the egg cooked to perfection, the only downside is the portion of the meat and the overall portion of the bowl of noodles, and is missing bamboo shoots

Service was bad, went to sit down outside to wait until my order was ready and was told I couldn’t sit there because they had customers that wanted to sit outside. (There was no one. Then, went inside to check on status of order because it had been 15-20 minutes already, host was clueless on what was going on and didn’t even get my drink until I went inside, just to be told they don’t have cranberry juice. Just not attentive at all and very all over the place. Asked to speak to a manager about the online order not going through on restaurant’s end even though card was charged. Manager said it didn’t go through also, didn’t tell me anything new or try to find a way to resolve what happened at all. Waste of time and treated poorly. First and last time coming here. Do not recommend. Also, saw a rat outside near restaurant.
