Bidra med feedbackNot only did it take her 10 mins to get off the phone and take my order but she got my order completely wrong. I ordered 1 coffee she charged me for 2 and gave me 2 coffees which were completely wrong. I then ordered a sandwich and hash browns and mysandwich was burnt and no has browns were given to me. So I got overcharged and my entire order was wrong. What a waste of $17 Iwill never go there again. Horrible customer service for a simple order.
The baristas are awesome, however this location is extremely busy and needs more workers. I waited over 20 min on my way to work to even hit the register. That is way to long when your swinging by on your way to the office. I like this location, it'svery convenient but they need more workers to make it viable for people who do not have unlimited time to stand in line. I hatenot leaving stellar reviews : wish this location was better staffed.
This is my favorite Dunkin' location! I absolutely love this place, and the manager, Jasmin, is incredibly kind and always so helpful. She does everything with a smile. I would give my experience an A+! Thank you, Jasmin!
This is undoubtedly the worst Dunkin' Donuts in all of Hudson County.
My main concern was the incorrect order, but her aggressive behavior was really uncalled for. To top it off, she was on the phone with her AirPods the entire time while taking the order. If I see her there again when I go back, I might just leave because I don't think it's right to be treated that way over a simple coffee order. UPDATE: The next day, I returned to speak with a manager because I felt I deserved a better explanation about how I was treated. The manager was understanding and even gave me my order for free, which I truly appreciated. I will continue to come back, but as I mentioned, if I walk in and she’s there, I might just choose to leave.
