Staff is friendly and seem well trained. Drive thru has not been busy at least the times I have been there so I have been in and out quickly. Tho the layout for getting to and leaving the drive thru entrance does seem a little hazardous so be mindful while navigating the parking lot.

I only give a 4 because the line ups are long here, but they are top knotch of tummies, so thus the line up. They can have a line three times longer then the on on castles st and still get through it all faster and correct orders.

Staff are very joyful at this 1. It was really nice to see. Best Tin Horton's in the city.
