McDonald's - North Bay

Long waiting time and very unorganized, they seem to only worry about the journey through. customers in restaurants are ignored

Never back. too often it's rough to eat. I'm going through town before I go back to this place!

On separate days after mcdonald’s had told on lakeshore drive and mckeown that they can only have one hathbrown with an breakfast meal before after they can only get rid of their breakfast meal. in the...past this was not the case, they could get a hashbrown every day with an breakfast meal. called the north bay mcdonalds office to ask the owner email address to address my concerns. the owner's secretary refused to send me the e-mail address of the owners or their firm email address. When I asked if I could get her to give my feed back to the owner. she cut me off, refused to give my feedback, took my phone number and told me that someone would contact me at a later time. I had to ask who would contact me? the owner she said no, the shop customer service manager I gave her my phone number, and she was hanging up in my face. I feel that the north bay mcdonalds is not interested in customer feedback, and if they lose money, it is because they have no way for the customer to express their care like a simple company email. they also do not care about such a feedback to build customer relationships and earn my business. I recommend not to go to the north bay mcdonalds, but if they do it, they do not expect them to take care of them as a customer, or that they fight or compete for their business. scott coolich a very unfortunate mcdonald’s north bay kunde.

This place is terrible never the right meal. pop is usually watered down. fries are cold and scanner for app is broken!

Brought my daughters here. Theres a kids structure at this location. They(my daughters) informed me that there was cigarette butts on the upper level. So, I went up there to look. There was. There was also roaches(weed I hope). Mouse poop. Lighter burn Mark's. A...lot of the cigarette butts were dried out and months old . There was mold.. . I took pictures . This structure hasn't been cleaned since it was built. I dont care what that sign they taped up said.
