Costa - North Ayrshire

I ordered 2 breakfast wraps through Just Eat and received 2 non-breakfast wraps instead, containing ingredients I am severely allergic to. This mistake could have serious consequences and I am very disappointed in the restaurant for being so careless. If they were out of breakfast wraps, they should have called me to discuss alternative options or offered a refund to prevent me from wasting my money. It is irresponsible to make choices on behalf of the customer without considering their needs. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I purchased a coffee only to be informed that there was no sweetener available. Considering the high price of £3 per cup, I would hope for higher quality standards.

This is my favorite Costa in Irvine. My husband and I visit almost every Sunday for lunch. The latte coffees are consistently hot, but it is the warm smiles from Sarah that truly make the experience special. Sarah is incredibly friendly, always wearing a cheerful smile. She is pleasant, engaging, and efficient in all that she does, whether serving coffee, clearing tables, or sweeping the floor. Sarah is a fantastic asset to Costa, especially in a customer-facing role. Thank you, Sarah!

This is my favourite Costa. The staff are great with a couple being exceptional. It is the Costa that provides the most reliable excellence in making a cappuccino just the way I like it. I actually decided to try this branch after having used the one in the shopping centre. Unfortunately the quality of the coffee there was so unpredictable. Now under new management so I am sure will improve but I will stick with the retail park

Great welcome from the following staff who are all fun characters…Dean, Lisa, Sarah and Gillian. They are great ambassadors for the company. All so friendly and attentive. Great place to visit and we’ll be back for sure.
