I only went once but I know someone who worked there , the customers are mainly daily customers and the workers know your order just by seeing your face, even if you aren’t a daily customer they still treat you with politeness and respect, you also get quick service you don’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a coffee compared to other Dunkin’s I’ve been to

Went to get a bagel and was looked at unkindly for being a masculine female as entire staff proceeded to make fun of me in their language not knowing that I understand their language. Made me feel very embarrassed and uncomfortable when I was merely being respectful and kind. This company should truly work on diversity and inclusion.

They are so kind and the place is so clean and and organized love the spider donuts and services and even a free donut I would love to be here again probably everyday if I couldKid-friendliness: So kind everntalks to kids and laughs at jokes they tell

Man taking mobile orders didn’t speak english at all and was telling me I already got my munchkins when I didn’t. my sister had an order with munchkins too which was separate and he pointed at those. my had to get help every 2 works we spoke to him. it took way longer than it needs to.
