Bidra med feedbackService was sufficient, but I had to call our server a few times to help. I would have hoped that the server has seen us more often. both appetizers and entrees were sufficient for a chain restaurant. the restaurant had no pleasure to offer. this meant no salate, no appetizers with sweet or vegetable side dishes. the workers did not offer substitutes other, then starchy foods. we usually order salate with our meals, but it was told that their products purveyor had not delivered their order. my main problem was that the server or the administration did not adapt by providing other elements. Normally, I did not use opentable for this restaurant, I did this time as I expected that the restaurant is busy and since this is one of the favorite restaurant of my daughter, I wanted to make sure that we don't wait long. the restaurant was practically empty. this will probably be the last time that I dine at red lobster, as the quality of their service and eating is at best moderate.
First I’d like to say our server Donavan was AMAZING and very professional. It was not his fault what we experienced. We were celebrating my dads birthday with a party of 20. It was so disappointing that we had to wait 1 hour and 42 minutes for bread, drinks and to be introduced to our server. It was originally another guy, Hispanic Older, short gentleman, but he said to another hostess, I’m not dealing with them. So, Donavan ended up taking care of us. This was fine, but the other guy could’ve been way more respectful and professional and come to us to tell us. Next we had to wait over 2 1/2 hours for our food. That came out cold and over salted! The kitchen messed up our orders so many times! I thought we would at least get a receipt adjustment, but nothing. People warned me about this location, I should’ve listened.
Overall the meal tasted well. The server was very friendly and attentive. I only have two gripes. The upgraded Langostino potatoes flavor was good, but the potatoes were cold and there were only two tiny pieces of meat on it. We didn’t mention it, so its on us. The bar area is dirty. I would expect higher standards in place for a corporate chain. On a friday night, just seems odd also.. I feel like the floors had crumbs everywhere. I didn’t notice any bussers throughout dining service and tables stayed dirty longer than normal. The walls also needed a wipe down near us. It makes me wonder if it’s dirty out here, where else is it dirty and sanitation lacking???
Disappointed w staff, took long to get service. Restaurant could use a DEEP cleaning. Food was mediocre.
Just hearing some of the wait staff talk about ... “well if they are going to do that then they should just send me home” Was a little much .... otherwise the service and the food was good .... pricey but good
