I must have caught her on a bad day. ordered 15 pieces of bone in mild combination.15 wings were overboiled, dry, hard, sitting in fat to chew to enjoy, and could not taste the buffalo sauce. fries were soggy. tee was good, and also the blue cheese dressing. I'll check my order before I leave when I return.

Large wings at a fair price, and fast, friendly service. not sure why they have so many bad reviews. I might have been happy, or maybe people expect a white glove service from a roasted chicken wing restaurant.

I will never order from this place again. I ordered my food for picking up at 19:10 and was told it would be ready in 15 20 minutes. I came at 7:34 clock and was told it would be another 5 10 minutes, ave, that was good because it was busy. 30 minutes later, still no eating and when I asked how long they told me I don't know. I waited until 8:10 and had no food yet, I asked again who they said, I don't know. I asked a few customers who got their food before me and they all ordered for me. when I told them they cancelled my order, they became even more rude. that is not how to run a business if I were the owner, I would be ashamed of this business service.

They are never disappointed! it is best to call because they are so busy. but the choice of sauces are beautiful and the mais is spicy?, if they want to wing, this is the place!

The young man that took my family's order was rude and not helpful did not care whatsoever, acting irritated with our coupon used. Making us pay over a dollar for a ranch saying that the lunch combo 5 piece that we ordered with our coupon does not come with any dip, as well as the 10 piece wings we got!! And when I told the young man that he needs to work on his customer service skills he chuckled said okay. And there was no ice in the ice machines. The chicken was hard, dry rubbery like it had been sitting under warmers all day.
