Bidra med feedbackWhen I learned this place opened back up, I had to come right awayI love the chicken enchiladas.
We LOVED Tulio's and ate there oftenWe went last night only to find the restaurant has been sold, name changed and the menu completely different.
The guy who runs the place can be a real ****, used car saleman looking dude, but I won't hold that against him.
This place is a small spot in a busy strip center. When you enter you can tell most of the guests are regulars and know the staff. The salsa and complimentary queso are a little sub par. The salsa has flavor but it is the watery kind - fresh but won't stay on a chip. The queso is as generic as they come with little flavor. They do offer a "Salsa Bar" that has a plethora of options. They let you try 1 for free and charge thereafter. I opted for the salsa verde as most of them were apparently quite spicy. The verde was hot, but manageable and quite good. As for the food, I had the steak tacos with the standard rice and beans. My +1 had a beef taco kids meal. Both of our meals were plentiful and had good flavor. The fajita steak in my tacos was especially flavorful. I enjoyed the sides as well. The service was great and almost made the food taste better. I will come back.
FANTASTIC. I don't even like Mexican food, and I went to Tulio's to meet my family for dinner and not only are the Fajitas simply divine with perfectly grilled vegetables but you are greeted with warm smiles and great service! You aren't charged for chips, salsa, or queso, as long as you order a meal! The sopapillas are a foot long and are delicious! I have gone back and for a non-Mexican eater, I crave Tulio's. My family has tried the other dishes and love them as well! I have brought friends here for years now and have yet to find someone who wouldn't go back! Definitely recommend it!
