Starbucks - Norman

I’ve really tried to love this Starbucks, but I’ve had some bad experiences and just go elsewhere now.I usually tip but honestly it’s already so expensive to get a coffee and a small snack. I skipped the tip and feel like maybe there was some retaliation. I lifted my cup up from my cup holder and about half spilled out onto my car. The lid was not on tightly and it just felt like it was purposeful. I’m so over the tip for anything mentality.Tried again and found what looked to be a clipping of a fingernail on my walnut bread. Waited some time and tried again, ordered a cheese danish and found couple inch long black hair on it.I think all my attempts are done with this location. I never complained. I was never rude, but I need to leave a review because either there is a an employee that really hates their job or there is a major health concern regarding cleanliness. Do better. Also it shouldn’t cost $35 for a couple coffees and some snacks. PLUS AN UNDESERVING TIP. For what? Handing me a muffin through the window? It’s not the consumers job to pay what the employer lacks in wages.

Shouldve went to Stella Nova. I very rarely go to this location. Very upsetting to pay 8$ for a quad shot latte and get an iced milk, barley tastes like coffee much less an extra shot. Very upsetting, please pay more attention to your job. It wasn’t even busy this morning. Very very upsetting ..I was pregnant so it was extra upsetting to start the day ?

Coffee was horrible, tasted burnt and they didn't add anything extra that I asked. We waited 20 minutes ?

At 8 o'clock in the morning the coffee was moderately warm and the wait for an order of egg bites was quite long. There appeared to be plenty of staff in the store so it was not at all obvious why the service was slow and the coffee was not hot.

This is my Starbucks location of choice. Service is amazing. The people working there are extremely friendly and helpful.
