Pei Wei Asian Kitchen - Norman

I've eaten here three times and it was fresh and delicious each time. Great service at the table as well... Good job to all!

The restaurant was clean, open and inviting. The staff doesn't rush to greet you. They take awhile to make the food. I used to eat here a lot but had a break up with Pei Wei and didn't remember why so I tried it again. I was very disappointed. I wish you could try the dish before you order and spend $50 for two people to eat. Only to get home with the family order meal and couldn't eat any of it. 3 entrées, an appetizer and dumplings, as well as donuts. The lettuce wraps were super salty, mushy fried chicken, and the bourbon chicken had a burned flavor to it. All was served on top of the rice so we couldn't even eat the rice. The donut tasted like egg rolls because I think they are cooked in the same grease. I used to get the spring rolls all the time but they tasted like the grease was old. It was evident why I broke up with Pei Wei.Overall I was very disappointed and mad that I wasted over $50 and couldn't eat any of it. I should have taken it back and requested my money back. Disappointing.

Managers lie cheat and steal from you and hang up on you when they get cornered! This location is the worst chain, their food has gone way downhill, the quantity is a joke, and they never do what they say they will. I had to call for days to ask for my refund which I always got some lame excuse from each person I spoke with, especially the GM Luis. He promised me he would take care of me and he never did. He has stolen my money then offered me a free meal in place of that, which he never did either. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BELLE ISLE LOCATION, THEY ARE HONEST AND SO NICE AND THEIR FOOD IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE, YOU WON'T REGRET GOING THERE NEXT TIME, IT'S THE BEST!!!P.S. Norman PEIWEI Managers, please don't respond to this review with more lies and try to act like you aren't aware of what you did. YOU KNEW AND KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU DID! Bring a college student I’m on the go I love coming here and able to enjoy my hot lunch. Luis Prato Is so kinda and makes sure I have the best experience every time hit and ready!!
