Los Dos Amigos - Norman

In a city where some Mexican places have increased the prices for the steakhouse levels, the family in possession and operated los dos amigos still provides a good value. eating is usually traditional, but there are a few unique items along with the typical enchiladas, tacos, deceive (veggie tamales are really good.) great traditional atmosphere, especially in the bar/terrace.

Very good food. come here at least once a week. the personal is friendly and the owner comes by and sees how everything is. they don't push you out so they can sit more. you will love it.

Noouou! I have eaten Mexican food from seattle to miami, new york to los angeles and even mexiko. but I have never seen Mexican eating as terrible as this restaurant! all I ate was much too salted; in the did taste as it came from a dose, they are really expensive for the canned experience. I am very disappointed and would never eat this restaurant again. even if I was starving to death.

Closed. kudos zum restaurant los dos amigos, in norman ok. they usually close at 10 o'clock. After graduation we wanted to eat there. I'm here at 9:15 to see how late they close. when they said, 10, I was upset and explained about the graduation. they said no problem and put me. when I waited for the rest of the group (6 in all staff were very nice. then more people came in. they turned no one away, even though 10 o'clock came and went.

Meh.... I can't say that I love or hate Los Dos Amigos. My parents absolutely love eating here and when I was growing up it would have been the perfect place for Mexican' food, but that was before I had expanded my culinary knowledge. If you are a big fan of Okie-Mex, this place is pretty good. You get all of the perks of chips, salsa, queso cheese sauce, tortillas, etc. The food is average along the lines with eating at other similiar places such as Chelino's. The food can sometimes be overly salty. The service is sometimes hit or miss, but is good more often than it is bad.
