Bidra med feedbackGreat burger. I've been there twice recently, about a month apart. Got truly horrible service the first time. I went late in the afternoon, very few tables were occupied, The waitress was clearly interested only in talking to a couple guys at the bar. We could see each other very clearly, yet it took her forever to take my order, and to do anything else for that matter. I've had poor service in several establishments before, but this was a new low. I mentioned it to the greeter on the way out.<br/ <br/ Went back a few weeks later and it was a totally different story. Service was impeccable. And the honey pepper bacon burger was fantastic both times by the way. <br/ <br/ If you had bad service there before you should give them another chance. The only complaint I have now is that they are no longer a brew pub and their wonderful Honey Blonde beer from their previous incarnation is just a pleasant memory now.
Just Good Overall. I've been to this place many times in the past few months. While I can't really complain about the quality of the food, there really isn't anything that wowed me here. I initially played it safe and kept ordering their Dixieland Bowtie Pasta. I've had a bite of their Heather's Macaroni and Cheese several times and can safely say that although it tasted great, it didn't stand out from other places that serves mac and cheese. There is more variety when it comes to their burgers. They are perfectly cooked with the right amount of spice and flavor for the most part. I've had their Cheese and Mushroom burger and others I've dined with always go back to the Theta burger. For sandwiches, you can't go wrong with the Okie Pig. The flavor with a hint of sweetness is simply delicious. The burgers and sandwiches are served with your choice of a side of french fries, potato chips, pasta salad, borracho beans, fried okra or cole slaw. You can also opt to upgrade the side to sweet potato fries, onion rings, mac and cheese or burgundy mushrooms for an extra charge.<br/ <br/ The one thing I would avoid is their Best Mex section. I tried 2 things from the menu 3 times and didn't really enjoy the experiences at all. I would rank the entrees I've tried in this section as slightly below average. I've had their Steak Fajitas and IU Beef Enchiladas. Both were on the salty side and really didn't rate high enough to compete with what other Mex or Tex Mex restaurants serve. I overlook this part a bit just because Interurban isn't strictly a Mex or Tex Mex restaurant. There's always something else one can enjoy from the menu.<br/ <br/ Their tastiest entree that I've tried to date has to be their Teriyaki Chicken. It's simple, cooked right and served with a beer muffin and honey butter. I have never had a bad experience with this dish to date. Not bad overall, but not great either. One thing's for sure, they're consistent in my book.
Great deals on Tuesday and Thursday. We have never had a bad thing from this location. The Tuesday $5 Burgers are some of the best in town. Just wish they gave all you can eat fries or chips with it. We always order our burgers medium rare and only the last time we went did they not cook them correctly. Otherwise they are some of the best we've ever had. Thursday is 6.99 enchiladas and free chips and queso and salsa. If you are hungry then this is the night to go. We usually end up filling up on chips and when our entrees arrive we're stuffed. The enchiladas are good for a place that makes a variety of stuff. Definitely recommend the bread pudding without the tequila sauce. Just ask for a scoop of vanilla ice cream instead of the sauce. <br/ <br/ They have a few servers who are lacking but most of them are professional and very attentive. Our cups are rarely empty.
The blue cheese bacon burger and Cajun queso is out of this world amazing!! Love $5 burger night! Service is always great. Love this place!
Liked It Better The Second Time. I used to work in downtown Oklahoma City, and ate at the Interurban there. It was alright, but nothing that just jumped out and grabbed me. I recently tried the Norman location and it was very good! The burgers are great, and the chips and queso were awesome. I'll go back. It's not the cheapest place around, but the quality is very good.
