Gaberino's Homestyle Italian Restaurant

Not impressed, everything is very bland and under seasoned. I like the atmosphere but can't believe all the reviews that say best Italian food I've ever eaten. It can't even compete with Olive Garden. Maybe it's just me but I've had similar experiences every time I've eaten there. Disappointed. :

The food was tasty, but the portion sizes are small for the price. The ambience is nice. The garlic bread is okay. The Salmon Ravioli are thin and not enough to be filling. The alfredo sauce is good and the Chicken Parmesan is delicious.

That is a very nice restaurant. the lasagne was wonderful. one of the best Italians in oklahoma city, norman area. the service was no hurry. very relax all the visit.

Hidden in a shopping area, looky looking shops. homestyle feels entered once. nothing special. service was excellent as everyone was nice. I ordered the sweet potato chicken ravioli from the fall special menu due to the recommendation of the server. he was on the place from which kratzer was made easy. my only complaining would make the portion a bit bigger, but I honestly can complain. they are always planning to come back. Italian coffee was also freshly delicious.

I feel like home here. the couple that runs the restaurant has created an environment that is authentic and still lets them calm down. say yes to the Italian cream cake.
