Einstein Bros. Bagels - Norman

I 'm not from the area and was excited to finally find a Einstein bro bagels here. I don 't know if it 's incompetence or if the employees were just guessing how to put together an item, but I ordered a chorizo sunrise breakfast bagel. It is egg, chorizo, cheese, avocado, jalapeño salsa cream cheese on a gourmet bagel usually the green chile. There is a standard menu for all Einstein Bros. Bagels franchises. Whoever made this threw together a toasted bagel with egg, cheese, and chorizo. If they were out of anything, in customer service positions I would think they would know to make that blatantly clear and confirm if that 's okay. They need a refresher on job skills and the menu.

So I one day, I was feeling daring, and so I decided to get a bagel instead of my usual water. But get this: the bagel that I got had a HOLE in it. Do these bagel-producing clowns really think that can skimp on product like that? I think not. Furthermore, I noticed that water contains high amounts of hydroxic acid and dihydrogen monoxide. Gees!

Had to wait for a moderate avocado toast over 2 hours and the whole bagel? more like hardly a bit of a bagel. my advice, go to gray and get the best you ever have.
