Zero's Subs - Norfolk

10/20/22 For the first time in this place. As good as anyone else. The team was nice. These zeros have such spiced ovens that it added only taste. You have a 2 for 14 dollars a day I always miss. Good location.

Cook/Manager (I suppose) got mad at the register lady and the other girl who helped make food and cleaning got my order wrong. I asked for extra toppings and never got them. I have soggyries and it won't even be enough to be charged for $2.45, mcdonalds gives me more frits in the small portion. The cook/manager had an attitude all the time with the cashier girl and other girls helping to make food, and still my order wrong, steaks were still good, at least did they season the meat?????????

Got the 2 for Tues special $14.99 was like 17 after tax) and achieved two Grinders. I got mine with the hot paprika and thought it was excellently roasted with the sub and everything. I just wanted to pick up. Not sure if the flipper machine works, but I will check it next time!

Yummy Sub! I got the rubies, it was delicious. Small family-run joint with fresh subs, pizza, wings and more. Only a few tables for din in options, but they have in options for larger groups or catering. A local jewel and a break from large box undergrounds. Below are small restaurant and no gluten-free bread options.

I went to this location today after having been treated rudely at the College Park store. The clerk who took my order doesn't listen well. I ordered 2 subs. I spoke slowly and carefully describing exactly what the first one was. She started to write it down and tore off the order ticket halfway through and threw it away then asked me one question at a time what it was. I told her. And they still got it completely wrong. I've noticed at most fast-food places that the competence and manners of workers has been gradually going downhill. Managers are responsible to either hire competent and courteous people or teach them these skills themselves. It's not being done at Zero's. I won't be visiting Zero's again for a long while.
