Ynot Italian - Norfolk

The place has been on the hill for months. A pity that I still try to give them a chance. they forgot about my deliveries five times. Sometimes they're nice when I call, sometimes not. tonight was the 3rd time recently that at least one item was not prepared as per ordered. it will add grilled chicken to an salate, not difficult. the prizes are also from the hand. they see the attached picture of the $24 salad they actually add the grilled huhn. eating is quite decent and the many options on the menu is nice, but tonight was the last stray.

I've been here since the opening. I always had good service sometimes better than others, but always pleasant. I have to say that last time I left, I'm disappointed. the previous time the service was great, but my food took over an hour and it came cold. my wife's meal, the meat had cost as if it burned freeze. the server has fixed the problems quickly, and that was much less waiting. now at the last visit. we were not in a hurry, and they are short workers so we know we were waiting so that we were patient when the drinks were slow and the server that took our order was slowly getting our order. when we waited, our drinks ran out and the server finally got us another round, but it took an hour and half to get our food and I didn't get the salat that came with my meal. the meal was served, so I said something and then they brought out the salat. I said I wasn't interested in the salate, because my meal is colder. they grabbed the salat to go, but until then I was very destroyed. I gave them three stars with the hope that they will go through a bad magic. I will go further because I know that it has potential and I have got many a good meal, but until they live on their potential, I will go less. I can say this place hasn't been on our list ever since. there will be a little more time, then try again, and I hope that I will update this review to be the star review and review positiw. I hope that will turn around soon because I miss them if they don't improve.

Service was slow, order came wrong and no offer to fix it or even an apology, water was never filled again and we were not asked if we wanted another drink from the bar. the food was not worth the price. they would not recommend for Italian dinner/pastas.

I was a bit reserved to be a new yorker here for pizza, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. the size, crust, taste and stroke selection was on point and price was very good. my only bark with this place (and the lack of the 5th star) was her buffalo chicken pizza. that was very dirty. my suggestion would be to add more hot sauce (frank’s would be chef) and maybe even some crispy blue topping at the end. overall, this place is worth checking out. I have to go back the next time I'm in town to try the rest of their menu.

Amazing food and very appetizing desserts! Ynot is always outstanding and have very nice employees who take care of customers like us. I loved all the food here. (Compliments to the waiters and waitresses and the cooks) Thank you so much Ynot for having fantastic food and service and to have such a nice welcome to Italian food!
