Logan's Roadhouse - Norfolk

The French dip sandwich was great, but the Nashville Chicken sandwich left much to wish. It was a chicken breast with buffalo style sauce on a slice of soft white bread. No cheese or anything but 2 dill pickle chips. Probably coming with Coleslaw and Ranch Dressing. The waitress offered to bring the claw, but the sandwich was eaten. Our server was attentive and friendly. We'll be back.

Didn't like the service. Arrived and Hostess for some reason could not understand when I mentioned the name of the party. I was finally shown the table that was small for the party. They added a table, but we ended up standing. They gave us a server for 31 people. It took forever to get our orders. We had to ask for refills and the correct orders or complete orders several times. Finally, they had a nerve to charge 20% convincing fee on each ticket. When booking, Logan should say that they are not equipped to do big parties or expect that long wait to get your orders. I didn't care if the service was worth it.

Terrible experience, tables were left dirty, staff had poor attitudes. Had to wait 1 hour for a table when the place was empty! Then waited another hour just to finally get food, was never given a single refill on drinks, never asked if anything else was needed after being served. To top off everything, some of the food was under cooked!

Family of 5 got seated at a table that everything was stuck to, think circa 1990 rubber top. Our drink ware was so stuck to it we had to arm wrestle to get a drink. Our food came out an hour later completely cold, the medium steaks were rare, the salmon not cooked, the vegetables skewers still raw and 3 items were missing. See picture this is how my food was presented... dirty dishes sat on the bar the entire time we were there. Thoroughly the worst experience ever. Save yourself the trip.

I used to be here and my experience was good, but today it was extraordinary. My server was very attentive, the chef was great and I personally had to thank Chef Mike for perfectly cooked steaks. Job well done staff.
