Johnny Rockets - Norfolk

My first time visiting a Johnny Rockets since Cedar Point more than a decade ago. I was very happy with my order, the Route 66. Mushrooms were grilled nicely and the burger was juicy. He onion rings were alright too. And the chocolate shake was very creamy and not too thick. That's how I prefer it anyway. Would recommend.

My first time at Johnny Rockets and they sure did treat a gal well! A place with absolute charm! The customer service was great and I enjoyed my burger. Highly recommended.

Server was nice. Couldn't really understand what she was saying but she impressed my son because she remembered all 3 of our orders. My downsides for our experience: server got busy with 3 tables total. Never came back to check on us after delivery of the food. My son checked his burger to make sure it was per his request and then he saw a couple strands of hair in his cheese. My other son and I completed our meals before the server came back. In fact I had to call her over. Finally, my son gets his burger and now we wait. Then, we waited for 10+ minutes for our server to come back so we can order milkshakes. Which then, took another 15 minutes. Definitely not worth the $80+ spent for a Daddys Date Night!

Had the Mushroom and Swiss burger, fries with bacon and cheese. Service was great and the waiter was very good at his job. Was able to memorize multiple orders with no errors. Tried the Hershey Chocolate Strawberry Kiss milkshake and was not impressed. Chocolate flavor over powered the Strawberry but overall visit was good.

Bro.... This was the BEST burger I've ever had hands down. I'm not even exaggerating. The actual meat itself was so juicy and flavorful. They serve your burger on brioche buns, and it's just perfection. Especially with your fresh greenery on your burger to balance it out. The fries were perfect too. I love them crunchy !! And to top it all off it looks like the cutest little diner. I can't wait to go back. Can't forget about the milkshake. That was delicious too. Overall, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. The vibe , the service, the food, the cleanliness is 100%.
