Always have a good experience with the staff here. Over the phone and through delivery, they are always excellent and very helpful. This location (NOT the staff) gets two stars because they are serially understaffed. The restaurant frequently has tocancel or refuse orders because there isn?t anyone trained to make food in the kitchen? three or four hours before closing. Theteam works hard, and I can tell they are struggling to meet the demand at this location. Dominos, hire more staff so you canadequately fulfill orders during your regular posted hours. Also, the delivery drivers at this location are exceptional, andmany operate at all hours on bikes. Consider giving them a raise

The pizzas are consistently well-made and ready when ordered. Meals are usually prepared on time, although there are occasional delays in delivery. Last semester, I heard that Domino's was supposed to start accepting ODU Flex, but that has yet to happen. I believe that Domino's would significantly increase their profits if they started accepting Flex points from ODU.

I ordered the paprika pizza from this restaurant twice, and both times I found green peppers on half of it. I really dislike green peppers! The service is great and they deliver quickly, but that doesn't matter if the order is incorrect.
