Buffalo Wild Wings - Norfolk

I'm not sure if the server we got was incredibly new or if she really was that bad. She got an order wrong and the wrong order arrived before the appetizers. Once the appetizers came out we had all of 2 minutes to enjoy them before the rest of the food started coming out. Never once got a refill on our drinks. I've never seen grease pour from a burger the way the one they served us did. Then we were feeling a little ill before we left. I guess that's what we get for straying from wings at a place that specializes in wings.

I came in and asked for a place to put my laptop in. no problem. Sit right away. Jordan was my waiter. service, eating the personalities of the jordans, the manager dennis and the hostess were remarkably amusing and friendly. this stop for eating, drinking and a game could not have gone better. sure it will be here again when it is in the city! many thanks. bob.

The food was good and for the most part our waiter was pretty friendly. However, he was very distracted and spent more time at the other table, not too far from us, and didn?t check on us often. When we asked for things (like a water refill) he would forget and we had to ask a couple times. Other than that, it was a great atmosphere and we enjoyed our meal.

Food was good but service was questionable. Didn't have a few beers I asked for and once our food came our check showed up right after and took forever to get it paid. Good for one in a great while but not the best place in Norfolk.

Hostess was MIA for a solid 5 minutes with people continuing to come in and wait. Ordered BONELESS wings, burger, and fries. Received bone in wings and was told they were out of boneless when they brought them out. Waiter said he didn't hear us sayboneless and that hostess was supposed to tell everyone they were out when she seated people. To top it off the waiter forgot toput our burger and fries in altogether. So we got bone in wings, which we hate, and the rest of our meal never came. Bathroomswere disgusting. Worst service ever! Do not recommend! And they were not very busy at all!
