Cafe Tempo - NORFOLK ISLAND

We visited Cafe Tempo, which advertised as offering gluten-free options, but our experience did not match the claim. The only gluten-free option available was a zucchini slice, but when we asked if it was gluten-free, the cafe staff said it was not. Despite returning multiple times, we were unable to find any gluten-free options available at the cafe.

This cafe is the perfect spot for enjoying a delicious coffee or a tasty treat to accompany it. It is a highly popular choice for many customers.

We dined at the restaurant, enjoyed some drinks, and also ordered takeout. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was quick. The scones were definitely a standout dish.

We stayed for 9 nights in Nov 2022 found this to be our fave coffee shop (we also tried Seriously Chocolate, Enitaim Olive) The coffee was good everything we ate from slices, cakes, toasted sandwiches fresh buns sandwiches was always yummy. We always sat in enjoyed the clean laidback space.

Went to visit for lunch but unfortunately this cafe closes at 1pm. These opening hours seem rather early and somewhat inconvenient for a breakfast lunch cafe, particularly considering that Norfolk Island’s primary trade is tourism.
