Had the brewery master 's plate, consisting of three kinds of sausage and stewed cabbage. I guess it was some kind of local speciality and was different in a good way. Flavourful cabbage, perhaps with a tad too much vinegar for my taste. The sausages had a nice texture. The big lumps you see on top reminded a lot of the Swedish 'falukorv '. Would I eat it again? Probably not. Would I visit the restaurant again? Definitely. There was a lot of interesting dishes to try out, including the Tuesday special, leg of pork.
