Absolutely terrible customer service you normally you don?t get amazing service at fast food places but this was ridiculous

Ordered a Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich. Sandwhich has no bacon. Tried to call, and... The magic jack customer you are calling is not available... multi-million dollar company and you guys dont even have a real phone line... you use Magic Jack... JFC

I think I got the last patty in the bag. It looked and tasted like it was defrosted and frozen several times. Who's job is it to ensure quality there? Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this establishment.
