Marco's Pizza - NOKOMIS

First time here and the GM Samuel and his crew did a fantastic job handling a busy rush! The employees were working hard and smiling despite phones ringing and customers coming through the door. Our pizza was delicious and ready in no time!

We have been long time customers and will never be using this location again. I will be filing a complaint elsewhere also. Called there 5 times and was told to hold and hung up on me. The first 3x this happened the 4th time someone literally picked up the phone and then immediately hung it up. The 5th time they said putting u on hold and then hung up on me. Rudest Marcos I've ever dealt with.

They got my order wrong. No sause cup with it. 15 minutes late and the pizza tasted terrible. I called them and they couldn't do anything. Never again! Worst pizza

I went in and ordered pizzas a few nights ago because I had family over. The wait time was a little long which I expected because it was dinner time but what I didn’t expect was to witness a man completely flipping out while I was there. He was so stressed out and panicking due to it being busy. I waited 14 minutes once I walked in the door to pay for my order and the whole time he was yelling and even cussed. He got mad that someone made a mistake on a pizza. He was very unprofessional and not someone I would want up front in front of customers. I was told he was the store manager so it upset me that Marco’s would choose someone like this to represent them. The girl that came up to help me dropped what she was doing as soon as she saw me. She was so calm and kind. She had even told the guy manager to calm down and to breathe and that they would get through it. I can’t remember her name besides that it started with a D. She had a big smile even through all of the chaos and really made my experience so much better! To be honest if it wasn’t for her I would not be returning to this location. She definitely has amazing customer service skills! I think management should definitely take a better look at who they have representing their stores. We love Marco’s so this was very disappointing to see.Kid-friendliness: Marco’s has always been family/kid friendly

What a great place to eat at....service was amazing staff was great and the girl Desiree who ran the show tonight was just amazing very helpful respect and handle the rush alone and took care of all the customers for being patient with her she was very professional very much a team leader and being new at that but thank you for our awesome dinner we will definitely be back plenty more keep up the great work MarcosParking: It's in a very good location
