Bidra med feedbackI can’t give zero stars, so one is where it is. Nice looking place but that’s about it. Greeted by a hostess that looked like she couldn’t have been bothered to be there greeting people. Table of 6 with two kids. Not enough menus of even pre wrapped silverware when we were brought. Paper “specials” menus that look like they’ve been used for weeks with food stains and water marks. No kids menus we they had to print but came after we ordered (one kids menu was folded in a menu and covered in crayon scribble so we were able to I guess use that. Coffee was bottom of the urn burnt and bitter. Not enough sugar on the table could have saved it. My son had a pancake that wasn’t even cooked through, he ate half cause he was hungry. I had pancakes that once I ate away from the edge were raw. Wife had an egg breakfast that the plate was greasy as anything, toast that was more butter than bread. Waitress must have asked 8 times if we wanted coffee before anyone even drank any coffee. My mother in law didn’t want to make a big deal, but 6 people ate and more than 3/4 of the food across the table wasn’t even touched. I’m seeing all these posts about new ownership… that’s no excuse for bad food. Also, when you have a huge high ceiling, probably should tell your servers to keep their voices down at the wait station or the front desk. Voices carry. “Owner” doesn’t need to reply to this. Never coming back to give a second try.
I got my order to go the staff was pleasant friendly and attentive. The liver and onions was one of the best I have ever had. GREAT JOB ANITA'
Great place I have been eating there for 20 years. Never have I been disappointed. Lunch and Breakfast cant beat them.
In Venice for business and stopped in for breakfast. I had the corned beef Benny with fresh fruit. It was great.
We got there at 3:00 p.m. we each ordered tea and when it came time for refills out waitress apologized because they were out of tea. My chicken wrap was awesome. My husband's French Dip not so much. The meat was very dry. I guess the au jus was supposed to make up for that.
