Bidra med feedbackI've always disliked the service here. It always feels like you're being rushed and they always force people to pay and park away from the drive through window. But today took the cake! I told the girl at the window that I wasn't going to move because the drive thru was shaded and my mom has lupus so she can't be exposed to strong sunlight. The girl basically told me they had other customers to tend to and to move. Turns out we could've totally waited by the window as the order came out quickly WHICH IS STRANGE FOR THIS KFC but it was overshadowed by the lack of compassion and the price.
Be sure to THOROUGHLY check your order (especially if it's a large one) before driving all the way back home. Ordered the 12pc tenders meal, plus the 12pc original recipe meal with the breasts/legs. Both buckets had the breasts&legs, no tenders at all ????
Messed up the order and overcharged us $41.99 for a 12 piece Tenders Meal got home and realized they didn't even give us our Tenders! Open every container and check your orders! Also one 12 PIECE Regular Meal only had 10 pieces...
Very friendly and attentive people. Very clean kitchen, dining room and facilities. The chicken is delicious, and let?s be honest, that?s the only reason you?re going to KFC. Delicious fried chicken. The dining room is cool.
After she told me the total, I took out my credit card, and instead of assisting me, she rudely instructed me to place my card on the card reader and refused to touch anything. She wouldn't even hand me my receipt and slammed the window in my face without informing me that my receipt was in the bag. Additionally, they didn’t offer any napkins or anything else. When I requested to speak to the manager, she was just as rude and inconsiderate. She told me to enjoy my meal and slammed the window again. I will never spend my money at this establishment again!
