Acquaforte Bistrot - NOCERA UMBRA

Once again a restaurant discovered by chance and once again a pleasant surprise. We ate outdoors, in the shade with the charming on the square. Cured equipment, pleasant background music. Good wine paper, varied menu and well-kept with innovative dishes, such as the basmati with violet carrots and stracciatella, and traditional dishes such as tomato parrot.

Satisfaction for good truffle and meat dishes. Nice location and good reception. Average prices. It's worth coming back.

Nice local, nice, clean with friendly and friendly staff. traditional dishes with some extra gear, the choice is not wide but sufficient. and then better few but well done. The rest makes it Umbrian nocera, wonderful place for tranquility and friendliness!

Innovative restaurant, it offers typical dishes in an original dress, maybe a little unti but I think it is the typical cuisine so full. not to be underestimated the sweets garnished with topping, indicative of taste of a real pastry. a note to those who took the orders, it had to be the owner: It implys a certain embarrassment if you order less than he expects... but to us with the unbearable temperatures of August it didn't go down to us.
