The manager who took our order in the passage was extremely rude. I politely asked if there were any breakfast specialties, hoping for breakfast sandwiches. The manager answered, everything is special. What do you want and he added, check out the apps if you want to see any offers. When I asked the manager in the pay window, why so rude behavior? He tried to deny. I rested what he said and he started laughing. Then he told me, thank you for feeling bad. Doubling and tripling on rude behavior. I had kids in the car. What a bad example of customer service and manners, including staff. The owners should fire this manager. Take a pass on this Tim Horton 's.

After multiple visits to this establishment, I have found that it has continued to deteriorate. The coffee is consistently made incorrectly, the lids are always on the wrong way, the food often tastes stale, and the customer service is abysmal. They treat customers as if they are a bother, the service is slow, and when issues arise, the owner and manager fail to address them. I do not recommend going to this restaurant due to their poor service and long wait times. Even if you are the only car in line, expect to wait. Enough is enough – perhaps new management is needed. I am relieved that there is a McDonald's just 6 minutes in the opposite direction. The staff had the chance to rectify the situation, but their ignorance prevailed. In my most recent visit, I was handed an oversized coffee that spilled all over me, and when I brought this to their attention, they ignored me. I am finished with this establishment.

That's the second time I went through the drive. I don't usually complain, but that's the second time I paid for 20 Timbits and only got 15. I have specified that I have chocolate and strawberry or raspberry, each 10. When I came home, I saw that there are only 15 Timbits and no strawberries or raspberries. If they don't have it, they should ask for my preference.

This restaurant has consistently poor service with frequent staff turnover. The place is always dirty. I once waited 10 minutes for two coffees, only to ask them to hold them when they finally arrived. I recommend avoiding this place and going to McDonald's instead for faster and friendlier service. Do not dine here!

I went to Tim Hortons and found that the service was good overall. The restrooms were clean and the coffee was hot, although the desserts were just okay.
