Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

My burger was only warm when it arrived. The egg on my Royal Red Robin burger was overcooked (the yolk should ooze down the bun when you bite in). My glass got empty (waiting for a refill is a pet peeve of mine) and the server did not come around often enough for me to take advantage of bottomless fries even once.

Gone here several times during weekdays. Everything was fine Went sat evening, just 2 of us. Was told the wait was 15 to 20 min. Generally not a provlem. But looking around, there was two 2top tables open, a third that needed bussed, 3 more larger tables that needed bussed. We also asked about bar setting, was told it was full. Peaked in, 5 tables that needed bussed in there. We waited for 15 minutes, in that time 3 groups left, 0 tables were cleaned, and of the 6 or so groups waiting, they managed to seat one of them. If they were that understaffed i cant imagine they would be able to provide good service. we ended up leaving and eating elsewhere.

Obviously this is chain restaurant food but I have to say our meal was really good. I especially like how since my husband and I shared our burger, they cut it in half for us and gave us each our own basket with garlic fries. That was very nice of them. The garlic fries with beer cheese were so good. Our server was delightful. We enjoy coming here and getting a decent burger at a decent price. And the unlimited sides are nice too.

Our waiter was great. The person greeting you at the door needs some people skills work. A family with a small child or many small children sat at the table before us and the floor was absolutely covered in puffs, crayons, and bits of food. I get it, I had five kids under 3.5 at one point. I just think dragging a broom under a table between guests wouldn't hurt. Especially because it wasn't super busy. My kids enjoyed the balloons when we left.

Fords Garage was over a 30min wait for 2 people.. we looked outside and saw Red Ribbon.. We were seated right away and our waiter Corey was very polite and patient. I had the Chicken Teriyaki and it was very VERY GOOD! Thank you for a great lunch!!
