Walawwa - The Bungalow - Noble Park

This restaurant was a fantastic discovery! Tucked away in a motel, it offers delicious Sri Lankan cuisine with a great value $14.90 menu packed with a variety of options and generous portions of food. The curries were flavorful and delicious.

This venue appears to be a popular choice for Sri Lankans to host their wedding or engagement ceremonies. The outdoor area with a pool is perfect for such events and exudes a sense of tranquility. However, the dining hall was somewhat average in comparison. The restaurant specializes in Sri Lankan cuisine, offering a buffet featuring dishes such as milk rice, fish, chicken burgers, sandwiches, and Sri Lankan sweets. While milk rice may not be a typical choice in Sri Lanka, it was well-prepared and satisfying for those craving a taste of home. They also have an all-you-can-eat buffet on Thursdays and other days, making it a great option for those interested in trying Sri Lankan cuisine. The only drawback is that vegetarians may feel limited in their options.

I had a great time at this restaurant. There were plenty of entertainment options, including a large projector and speakers for performances, as well as a nearby bar. The buffet had a variety of delicious food options, with standout dishes such as the rice, devilled fish, and spicy chicken for the entree. Unfortunately, there were no dessert options besides fruit slices. Despite that, I loved trying Sri Lankan cuisine and would definitely go back for more.

A super place for Sri Lankan food, a wide range of selection with reasonable prices, most of all good service, very flexible staff, on a house full night they did so well, Gladston was one person who caught our eye managing and helping the young ones.

Looking for a fast feed and saw this restaurant thought we would try? Very happy with the beef bowl rice side and both had a real bite. I love a good curry, so I was happy. The place was quite packed, so we decided to pick up and enjoyed our picks. Good selection available cheap!
