Girl at the drive through is incredibly rude and didn't want to be there clearly. Didn't even greet me or care that I was in her drive through. Lacking even basic manners.

We waited 45 minutes to receive our mobile order. Bad customer service. Food was disgusting, had hairs init.

I go here regularly for my 5 year old son everyday at 745 Newtown rd. Virginia Beach location. The price for cheese burger might be a Lil high but I go here because the staff are so friendly , nice, and act professionaly. Customer service here is outstanding. The employee name is Ms. Sherelle., she a very kind woman always has a smile. I can't name the rest of the employees by name is because I only go thru the drive thru . Thank you so much.
