Yum Nizza 1789 - NIZZA MONFERRATO

Yum nizza 1789 is a not-to-be-missed spot, a hidden gem in a beautiful small town. their owners, brave enough to open a vegan restaurant and are red in an otherwise cared area, have created the perfect place to cool out and enjoy exceptionally good eating and local wine. open from morning to late evening, it offers delicious cakes, healthy smoothies and juices, and wonderful cuisine on the basis of local revisited recipes with a deliberate twist. I ate here twice, and I was always completely satisfied. in any case a place to go again! during my last visit I had a quick lunch with a healthy red salad with chicory, wobble, avocado and vegan cheese, followed by a juicy muscolo di grano (a kind of sincean with gluten and lentil flour) with yellow and purple roasted carrots. I was also served one of their homemade rolls, with beet root, matcha tea, kale and other ingredients. the personal is friendly and knowledgeable. I hope to come back soon to try their delicious cakes.
