Very bad experience: embarrassing rudeness of the staff. First time in this place for a Saturday aperitif in the late afternoon. I ordered two Hugos, for me and my partner. We found them extremely cloying, practically impossible to drink. I approached the counter, pointing it out, politely, and asking that they be replaced with two spritzes. I received dirty looks from the woman who was probably the owner, but what shocked me the most was the response from the girl who made the cocktails: Hugo is like that. I pointed out that I usually order it wherever I go and I really like it. Puer having made me weigh my request for replacement, alas, once at the checkout I discovered that I had also been charged anyway, despite having drunk less than half of it. I tried to ask them to come and meet me, but I was told that I had already drunk the Hugo when I returned it (obviously, since I wanted to understand if it was mixed badly, and if the syrup had settled at the bottom). Empathizing with them, we offered to pay for one of the two leftover drinks (even though we were aware that it wasn 't due), the answer being: I 'm an employee, I can 't decide for my owner . I asked to speak to the owner then, response: she 's always in the kitchen because she 's very busy . I would like to point out that, having made me pay for four cocktails and not two, we would have been entitled to a second round of appetizers (which never arrived). The owner was doubly clever. We will not return and I do not recommend it to anyone. To receive this treatment, it is better to give the money to another place that is unlikely to do worse.
