Centro Lounge Bustro - NIZZA MONFERRATO

This place has been a regular stop for an aperitivo on my travels to Friday market day (mercato). Usually quite busy, the service can be a little missing, so I have made a habit to announce myself in the bar that I got a table. this improved the service, instead of waiting to be served by one of the young. aperitivo is always good and a few times I was tried to keep past the lunch even after seeing the dishes. the food was good. the manager is a friendly character and speaks a bit English also for those who need.

Greeted by the owner, a very nice person, eating was really good, with traditional recipes and more modern decisions. I sat outside, but gave a look inside and found a very nice interieur very clean bathroom and friendly staff prices not so high... about the high quality

Terrible! bad service, bad staff, lack of service. waited over half an hour before we were asked what we wanted to order, took another quarter before we were served water, wee etc. they served wrong, without glasses from wein. 10 minutes before we have the missing glass weeping. the food lasted an hour. was not greeted by nice waiters etc.

We went to lunch there. it wasn't a busy day. we waited long before we get our ordered drinks. then we waited approx. 30 minutes before the starter. we have the bread in the middle of this portion. usually you get it before the food arrives. we had also ordered pasta and waited another 30 minutes before it came. that is completely unacceptable. as tourist we noticed that the locals were served faster. some people even came after us, ordered and eat a two or three cursor and were ready before we were serving our second.

The owner was very nice when we came and found a nice table for us, but then everything stopped. We waited and waited and waited. It took about half an hour to get our antipasto. We also had to ask for the wine we had...ordered when it hadn't appeared ten minutes after we ordered it. After an hour and fifteen minutes or pasta arrived, but then we'd had enough and left. We noticed however that locals who arrived after us had three courses, payed and left while we were waiting. What a way to treat customers! We will never go here again.
