Bidra med feedbackI recently tried their omakase experience and it was a true culinary journey. The chef's selection of sushi and sashimi was outstanding and each bite was a work of art. A must for sushi connoisseurs. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Gem of a place. Note it's a bit hidden, you need to go into the market to find it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
Small sushi shop (inside the grocery store) with a focused menu of rolls, nigiri, and udon. Great for a casual night out and still want something delicious! They have ramen only on select days, so be sure to look out for that.
However, my wife and I had a frustrating experience during our most recent visit. My wife requested no green onions on her salmon roll, but the owner and sushi chef, who is normally somewhat pleasant yet a bit curt, became agitated. He insisted that he was the chef and that she should like it the way he makes it. We politely explained that she simply doesn’t like raw onions and wouldn’t eat the dish, but he refused to accommodate her request, which he had done in the past. Instead, he displayed a rude attitude. I ultimately decided to cancel the order as we felt uncomfortable with the situation, resulting in him losing a $40+ order. We left feeling perplexed about why someone would insist on dictating to customers what they should enjoy. Given the odd atmosphere—located in the back of a small market—along with the chef's arrogance and the rising prices after the pandemic, I’m left wondering if I will return again.
Incredibly delicious! I discovered Sachi Sushi while shopping for groceries and was pleasantly surprised. The food is absolutely delightful and incredibly flavorful! The Sushi Miri Combo offers fantastic value.
