Sachi Sushi - Niwot

Sachi Sushi is the best hidden gem of Niwot. Unassuming tucked away in the back of a market/deli, but this is the real deal. Chef taught most of the sushi chefs of Boulder how to make rice decades ago, and now we are lucky enough that he wants to relax and make sushi in a tiny pocket of Niwot. Don’t miss ramen on Sundays!!!

Recently, I have been going to this store often. The manager is very kind and easy to talk to. The food is delicious and cheap as well as the service. If you like sushi and ramen, please come to this restaurant.

Surprisingly good sushi/sashimi and salmon. The soups are also great. Kind owners.

We loved it. Great food. Sushi was fresh and not smothered in sauce to mask bad fish. It is in the market/grocery store but there is plenty of seating. Chef Tsukasa was swamped but we sat at the bar and watched him work and he was great!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of open seating
