Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Niverville

This restaurant is extremely unorganized. They couldn't even get all of my food right for the coolest guy on the planet. Remembering to include fries shouldn't be that difficult, especially since it's just a simple combo meal. If I could give them a rating, it would be 0 out of 5 stars.

I had the worst service ever at this Dairy Queen. The employees ignored my order multiple times, allowing my ice cream to melt before finally giving it to me when I asked. They also messed up the orders of everyone I was with.

Last couple of times have had poor customer service and most importantly can't seem to give me all the food I've ordered. It's a simple combo meal you'd think they'd remember my fries.

We get here go through drive through right away the guy taking our order is completely rude then we get our food and it’s basically like they cut the portions in half and gave it to us our drinks were filled completely to the top of the cup with like 2 sips of drink worst experience at a fast food

The experience is just going downhill in my opinion. Still slow to get food. Took over 10 minutes to get food with noone in the restaurant.They don't give you ketchup bottles to use any more, packets at the table. I guess that must be cheaper. And they don't even give you a placemat, just drop off your take out style food on top of a dirty table.For the love of God, at this point, next time Il order to go, then eat inside, at least then I can have a paper bag to rest my fries or onion rings on so they don't just spill out on the table.Idunno.. I feel like I'm complaining but at other fast food chains I won't name id have got an apple pie for waiting 10 min for 2 burgers and onion rings, and my food would spill onto a chemical laced place mat on my tray instead of the sneezed on table.Remember when going out to restaurants was actually an experience and didn't feel like you were an experiment on how to save another dime on the service?
