Stephan Zilliken - Nittel

The species of wine is not short fabulous, especially on a balsamic summer evening. It is only conceivable that they do not have separate areas for smokers and non-smoking. but this is a problem everywhere in Germany. still five stars!

To be honest, that wasn't our first choice, but I'm glad we came. the service was amazing from the moment when we booked a table very efficient, friendly and welcoming. I had the duck, nabeby had the venison, we shared a bottle of wine and a bottle of champagne. we have dessert everyone. Proteins were boiled and very well seasoned: the duck breast was beautiful and pink, the fat was made beautiful, and the skin crispy. the venison was so delicate that you can cut it with a butter knife on the outside nicely, but still pink, delicate and juicy on the inside. knoedels were nice and passionate not too polite. the braided cauliflower was cut and sweet and added the well. the wild mushrooms were earthy and worked so well with the venison. desserts were also tasty, not too sweet and a beautiful way to round off dinner. wein, recommended by the super beautiful and sweet server, was also on place. all in all we had a very nice evening for no tonne money. very good value (especially compared to many cities in my home country kanadas.) would like to return to the future.

Very yummy local dishes. Had a great deer filet and the wine is so good. Building is amazing inside. Place is worth a visit.

Very good variety of home wines. Especially try red wines. Food is also delicious. Cosy place...
