Chá Fáng Fēng - Nishiki

It was a really nice restaurant. The staff were kind and the atmosphere was comfortable. They have a unique style where you can make your own matcha tea and choose your own matcha bowl, which was a great experience. The sweets were delicious with rich matcha flavor, and you can also enjoy candles, incense, and traditional Japanese tea ceremony tools. The scenery is beautiful too, so you can enjoy the changing colors of the trees and flowers according to the season.

This is a lovely cafe with large windows as its feature. You can enjoy matcha and sweets while looking out at the view of temples and trees through the windows. There are no meal menus, so it seems ideal for a relaxed afternoon. The prices are a bit high, but you can feel satisfied with the attention to detail in ingredients, the space, and the view. They also sell items related to Buddhism, such as incense and candles in the store. The restrooms are kept clean and separate for men and women, so you can use them without hesitation.

This cafe allows even those who are unfamiliar with the ways of tea ceremony to catch a glimpse of the profound world of tea. I was impressed by the unique shops in Hitoyoshi. It is very considerate that those who do not like matcha can switch to coffee.

開放感のある窓が最高でした。 ほうじ茶ソイラテ、器も自分で選べ、優しい温かさに癒やされました。

お昼前くらいに訪問しました。 ツクシイバラのロールケーキと禅心抹茶とセット1070円を注文。 ロールケーキがとても美味しく、初めての抹茶でしたが美味しくいただけました。 店内すごく雰囲気が良く、また来たいなと思いました。
