The server invites you to discover different breeds of meat, more or less mature. Once chosen, the meat is cooked, served cut and accompanied by homemade fries, vegetables and salad. And then the... a PUR and SIMPLE REGAL. The meat is amazing, cooked to perfection, melting, with character. Never had we eaten so good and we are really good meat lovers. A few entries and desserts, all very well executed, are also offered. The price is not excessive in terms of the quality of the products! You will have understood it: a concept without chichi for an assured treat, we have not finished going!

Birthday of a friend to 16 person result addition to 960 euro for 6 kilos of meat, 4 entry 5 bottle of wine 4 dessert 5 digo...or 63 euros per person. As normal we are at 45 euros per person. The quality of meat is excellent, but prices and margins are excessively expensive. Deco cantine (which has its charm) and classic service that do not justify such a price. At this price it is no longer a steakhouse but a starry. This restaurant will not make long fire in a city like Nimes. 1 star because excessively expensive, one feels like having been made
On holiday in Nîmes, this new place "the temple of meat" was advised by his great brother "the Bird". Excellence must be hereditary because we have had an excellent time. The place is friendly and cozy, staff more than professional and welcoming (description of the salt maturation cellar of the Himalayas). For a first experience of maturation meat we were very well advised. As for tasting a pure delight and delicious wine chosen on the advice of the waiter. In conclusion I recommend to 200% Grace that you are a carnivore or a simple omnivore do not hesitate... Thanks to the whole team I had a great birthday party and I didn’t regret to have a birthday cake since I had a Minhota beef rib on my birthday...
