Culver’s - Niles

Very clean restaurant with great service. Food is always hot fresh!

Grills were down during lunchtime- was only serving fries. We waited in line for 25 mins nobody informed us. Ended up just leaving hungry. Very disappointed

Me and my friends were out on the boat fishing and we were hungry the food came out at way different times, mine being the last even and everyone was done eating it was a 20 minute wait. though we all ordered together, HOWEVER I think It was Cindy in the back gave me an extra tender AND HEAPS of onion rings at no extra charge, so thank you, thats a great way to make up for delay. Gabby G was nice to us smiled and gave me and my friends a greeting and she let me spin the prize wheel where I won a flying disc frisbee. Neat-o!

I didn't go there however, my food was delivered. With that said I went to eat my burger and sure enough it was RAW in the middle. I'm not putting these guys down. But maybe be more strict with the cooks and better management. Thanks!

Good food but forgot my dipping sauce, always check the bag before you drive off.
