Burger King - Niles

I would like to commend team member Koby for taking my order accurately, which is quite rare in the fast food industry. Koby also recommended the zesty sauce for my onion rings, enhancing my experience even further. Despite the restaurant being busy, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. This interaction brightened my day and highlighted the importance of excellent customer service, which contributes to a friendly atmosphere. Companies should recognize and encourage such exemplary behavior!

The food was decent, but I had to wait a bit longer than expected. There were about five cars ahead of me, and it took around 10 to 15 minutes to reach the window. This Burger King tends to be slow from midday to evening. The only time I've been able to get through quickly is during breakfast hours.

The food was exceptional—everything was spot on, and they even included all the sauces. Thank you!

The fries were cold, and the Bacon and Swiss BK Royal Crispy Chicken seemed overcooked or stale. However, the Bacon King Meal was good, and I appreciated getting a generous amount of sauces. Overall, it was just an average meal.

The fish was topped with crunchy crumbled bacon, which was quite unexpected! The cheeseburgers had an overwhelming amount of ketchup and mustard, making a mess everywhere and getting all over our hands.
