Bidra med feedbackI was sad that a lot of our primary food choices in Jupiter were already closed or renovating, so we ended up in Kitchen 56 as it was one of the only places open. The place looks like a really decked out mall food court with the vertical garden going on at the back, with enough breathing space and clean washroom amenities. The idea of healthy and sustainable eating lives on from the venue to the menu. We ordered mini mushroom and beef bulgogi soft tacos, both deceiving as the small sizes can already fill up a hungry palate. The mushroom soft taco was literally loaded, a perfect choice for mushroom lovers like me. The beef bulgogi came to me as a sweet surprise, as the kimchi taste lives on through the layers of vegetables on top. As a main course, we chose pasta as the range of pasta dishes seemed very interesting. We tried the pumpkin and goat's cheese paccheri with bacon. It was my first time to try pumpkin-based pasta and it definitely wouldn't be the last! Service was also good, servers were very accommodating to fill my glass of water every now and then, and are knowledgeable enough on serving size and basic ingredients of the menu. The price though was a bit high considering it's sustainable food from local communities, and mainly because I wasn't that full from the dishes. But if you're a full-blown healthy eater, this is really a must-try!
Kitchen 56 markets themselves as healthy and that's definitely what they are. Most people have this notion that healthy doesn't mean tasty but Kitchen 56 proved to me that it is possible. Their food looked and felt healthy. While it was tasty, I didn't feel full after sharing two soft tacos (one order of mushroom and one order of pork belly) and their Pumpkin Goat's Cheese Paccheri. I think they need to add five to six more items on their menu. You can try out two three dishes for about P 800. Service was great, the waiters were nice and often smiled. Food didn't take too long and I only had to call the waiter to ask for more water. No complaints in this area. The place was clean, neat and bright. It could use more decorations on the walls (all they had were dividers and plants). It sort of made me feel like I was eating in a fancy cafeteria because of how the kitchen was set up. We weren't able to appreciate their mini garden at the back because we went at night. Definitely a place to eat with your friends and coworkers and maybe even your family but definitely not a date place unless you're both into healthy stuff.
Been wanting to try Earth Kitchen for the longest time so when Kitchen56 opened along Jupiter, I wanted to try it right away. Went here with my friend and we tried the Mushroom Spring Roll, which was so good and, from the serving size, was value for money. It had a dressing that really complimented the greens and the mushrooms. The Watermelon and Rocket Salad was also very good. The ingredients they used were fresh. The Pumpkin and Goat's Cheese Paccheri was pretty interesting too. We asked the servers to separate the bacon, since my friend is vegetarian and I was trying to eat healthy too. But it was still flavorful without the bacon bits. The ambience here is very relaxing. I like how they have a vertical garden that's so refreshing to look at while dining or waiting for your food. Can't wait to go back try their other healthy fares!

I'd go back for their Fish Tacos with Caesar Sauce! So delicious!
