Hokkaido Ramen Santouka - Niles

Food Lenten Special This was my first time to try a seafood type tsukemen: Hokkaido Tsukemen. I won't say it's the best I've tried because I still prefer pork broth's rich flavor. But for salmon with veggies, this was still pretty good. Of course, dunking noodles will always be fun. With this dish, I needed to keep the noodles in the dip a long time to become flavorful to my liking. And with good timing, I was able to share an order of free Salmon Onigiri with my friends. Service I'm a non believer of service charge because I feel excellent service should be inclusive of every dine in experience. Nevertheless, we received really good service and my concern is directed towards the owner, not the staff. Staffers' greetings are very much appreciated! for Solenad branch

Love to eat ramen, ang sarap kuha nila yun noodles ng japan and the soup base wagi unlike the other ramen na kinainan ko.. ang mga staff they are so nice, good serving.

Ive been going to moa branch before (2 years ago) then i was browsing the review section and found out that some of the reviews include rude employees , so i went again to see if its true and for me they are nice , they are very enthusiastic in greeting customers unlike in some other japanese restaurants , our server is always attending to our needs , i forgot his name but he's a guy server in moa, food is good and ive only seen one employee who does not smile

Must try..best ramen and fast service with courteous and nice staff.(greenhills)
