Chili's Grill - Niles

My brisket was dried out. basically jerky with a ton of fat. and the steak was ordered as medium well done. came raw laying in a pool of blood. sent it back to the kitchen for correction and it came back dried out like jerky. $60.00 meal that neither one could eat. we won't be going back to the one in Columbia mo again. and the worst part.. they make you pay say the table with the little machine. which I do not mind doing. but it was FILTHY. you would think that with covid the one thing that the customers do actually touch would be cleaned off after each person

I am currently eating at chilis location rockford IL. I have been sitting here since 1:05. Table of 2 and a kid. This is the worst service I've ever had. 2 hours to GET OUR FOOD. Then it had to go back because it was the wrong order. The waitress looks lost in the sauce. Has barely been to our table at all to even refill drinks or check on us. At this point I'm ready to just leave. People who came in after us have got their food and left. Theres no reason for this. The place is not that busy.

Worst experience. Took almost 2 hours (during a very slow time) to get in and out. This was with a toddler in tow and with plans to head to the mall afterwards. Seems to get worse every visit and this was definitely the final visit.

Vanderbilt locations has the most rude servers I’ve ever experienced!!!! Slow service and super rude. I love chili’s normally but this location was awful.
