Bidra med feedbackWhen I asked for a vegan wet burrito, the waitress immediately pointed me to the right sauce (Ranchero). who had no chicken stock in it and told me that they had always had two kinds of rice available, and that the vegan (without chicken stock would be made in my burrito. She drizzle sour cream on the Burrito, but she ensured that I replaced avocado slices. Their tortilla chips are not fried in larvae, but in vegetable oil, and the Friijoles/Red beans are also not made with larvae. All in all, very satisfying meal including three types of beans (black beans, pinto frijoles spicy lenses, soft corn tortillas, and fresh-made-from-cratch guacamole. All right, I'll go back a month. o
When I requested a vegan wet burrito, the waitress quickly showed me the correct sauce (ranchero, without chicken stock) and informed me that they always offered two types of rice, with the vegan option containing no chicken stock. She mistakenly drizzled sour cream on the burrito, but promptly corrected it by adding avocado slices instead. Their tortilla chips are fried in vegetable oil, not lard, and the red beans are also free of lard. Overall, it was a very satisfying meal with three bean options (black beans, pinto beans, and spicy lentils), soft corn tortillas, and freshly-made guacamole. It was so good that I plan to return next month.
This restaurant in Niigata offers some of the best vegetarian options. The staff is friendly, outgoing, and English-speaking. The veggie burritos are large and delicious. My only regret is that we only visited once during our stay. It may seem odd to eat Mexican food while in Japan, but trust me, it's worth it! Be sure to ask about the Veggie menu before ordering to avoid any extra travel.

My only regret is that we only visited once during our stay. Don't hesitate to try their Mexican cuisine while in Japan, and make sure to ask for the veggie menu before heading upstairs to avoid any extra trips. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
This restaurant in Niigata city is a fantastic choice for vegetarian and vegan individuals. They offer a dedicated vegetarian menu which can be requested. The service is exceptional and I will definitely be returning. This is the best Mexican food I have tasted in Japan!
