Bidra med feedbackI didn't realize this had moved from the May location. I was sad when I thought it closed altogether!Love this place and have for years!I had the harvest wrap with curry cous cous and my boyfriend had the pesto sandwich and the same side. Ingredients are always fresh. Plenty of food. Definitely a place to try if you want healthy fast food!
I recently tried this place and really liked the food however the customer service is lacking. After I tried this place I ate here several times afterwards. When I call in to place my pick up order the staff seem bothered and irritated when asking questions about the food. I asked the lady I spoke with if they charge to add tomatoes to my salad and she said no. When I arrived to pick up my order they never have it rang up and ready to go they ring everything up when you arrive. The lady charged me .50 for the tomatoes and I mentioned to her that when I placed my order, I asked the lady if they charged for it and she said no. The girl behind the counter said well I won’t charge you for it this time. If you charge for something then let me know when I ask. I don’t want to be charged for it when I come to pick my order up when I specifically asked. Also, it would be nice if the order was already rang up when I got there and instead of having to wait. They also don’t hardly put any protein on the salads. I asked how much protein comes on the salad and the lady just said we don’t weigh it. I would expect at least 6-8 ounces of protein on a salad. The dining area looks like it has carpet which doesn’t seem sanitary for a restaurant. Staff is also not very friendly. Will try another location if I go back.
The food was ok. The staff was complacent. The ambiance was blaze. The location is great. The bathroom was disgusting and appallingly dirty. It looked like someone unleashed a firehose in there. Gross enough for me not to return. The nearby flowerchild is much better option. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegan options. Few vegan options. Parking: Easy parking.
The portions were generous. The combinations and options were great. We went later Saturda evening around 7 and no one was in there and the place was being prepared for closing. For us the place was clean. As for the workers, not rude, just quiet. My husband kept trying to engage with them to break the awkward silence which made it even funnier.
The restaurant area looked a bit sad and grubby. The salads were great. The staff couldn’t give 2 hoots. We ordered Diet Coke the soda vending machine had absolutely no diet options left. When we asked if they could fill up at all we got a disinterested shrug of shoulders. We then asked for a refund on the drink as no options we wanted- they said they would but have failed to do so checking my card statement. Great food maybe hire people who want to be there
