Ruby Tuesday - Niceville

The food was good but the restaurant is old and needs to be updated. Overall, a reasonably priced place to eat.

Please don't lie to me. I was there because I knew the garden bar was on special, and then my server made out like I was getting a deal because I downloaded the app... The exact same deal I was getting because it was Wednesday

This is a restaurant would rather you place a to-go order online. I place my order online and know where it doesn't say that I have a certain time will nobody come and bring you your food and the to go Express lane. So while I sit there and constantly have to keep calling the restaurant according to their pickup window sign the manager never answers for over half an hour. Just to get it myself.

ENJOYED.Great food, fresh salad bar and very polite smiling faces.Love the salad bar and the Hickory Bourbon Chicken and coconut shrimp appetizer and their chili sauce.

The worst service from the Manager. Would not honor the birthday program because she was lazy and rude.. refused to be compassionate, helpful, considerate, or any way customer service minded... I have boycotted Ruby Tuesday in Niceville... All because of her ego!
