Mcdonald's - Niceville

Walked in to get some food and the manager was screaming at the staff (teenagers and young adults). She was unprofessional, condescending, and extremely rude. Very bad experience for all of the customers trying to order and enjoy a meal.

It's extra irritating whenever they make you pull up, to wait longer for your food, at a fast food establishment, just to get your food and it all cold, smh.SMH. I personally, just don't get it. Good job, on doing a horrible job McDonalds, you never fail to remind me why I rarely ever come to your slow food establishments.

I know the new owners have brought this McDonalds back. The food is better and actually hot...

This is a new McD' s yet not clean like the others and service was slow with no one in the store or in line.
